Grooming Standards

Grooming is very important for the first impression of our clients. We are in the image business. Our clients CARE HOW THINGS LOOK, who else would pay hundreds of dollars to have their windows cleaned? People need to feel very comfortable with a person that they will bring into every room of their home. If you make a good first impression, the homeowner will not be suspicious of you or your work. Our general guidelines:

Recommend short hair and clean-cut.
Longer hair must be kept neat and presentable.
Advise keeping hair off the collar and ears.
For example, look at the managers.
Mustaches and beards are allowed, but must be kept trimmed and well-groomed.
Piercings are not allowed, and must be removed during working hours.
Visible tattoos and similar body art must be covered during business hours.
