Appointments

• A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• If you are not home when the crew arrives, they will start services if they have access. If they don’t have access they will wait 15 minutes.
• We may have to reschedule your appointment if the weather creates an unsafe working environment.
• If you cannot be present for the service, make sure you are available by phone on the day of your appointment.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of cleaning unless other arrangements have been made prior to the appointment.
• We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard.
• You can give or leave the crew cash or check, or provide a credit card to the office when making your appointment.
• If there is no payment left for us on the day of your cleaning, we reserve the right to not provide services.
• New customers must put a credit card on file when scheduling an appointment.

Window Cleaning

• Charges are typically calculated by per pane (piece) of glass.
• Basic interior/exterior window cleaning includes wiping down of the tracks and sills with a damp towel. Screens that are removed to clean a window will including a basic wipe down with a damp towel.
• Deluxe interior/exterior window cleaning includes washing of screens with water or soap and water, detailed track, sill and frame cleaning.
• We cannot be responsible for preexisting conditions.
• If given a phone or online estimate, the crew will verify the estimate.
• The final price will be determined at the job site.

Gutter Cleaning

• Basic gutter cleaning is done by scooping out debris by hand and cleaning the downspouts.
• Deluxe gutter cleaning also includes flushing the gutters and downspouts.
• There is an extra charge for screened/covered gutters or if a 40ft ladder is needed.
• Frozen gutter cleaning can be performed if conditions are safe. There are extra charges for cleaning frozen gutters. By scheduling a service you agree to these terms.

Pressure Washing

• We can pressure wash your house, deck, sidewalk, dock, driveway, stairs, and eaves.
• We cannot guarantee pressure washing will remove stains.
• Pressure washing is charged at an hourly rate with a 2 hour minimum.
• We cannot be responsible for preexisting conditions.
• If given a phone or online estimate, the crew will verify the estimate.
• The final price will be determined at the job site.
